The warranty period begins from the date you receive the electric bike.During the warranty period, We offer the following three solutions for your e-bike:

1. We provide free replacement parts. Shipping from China to EU countries takes approximately 15 business days, and you will not need to pay any fees.

2.You can take your bicycle to a local bicycle repair shop for repair, and we will cover the repair cost (provide your payment receipt and some repair photos).

3. We will provide a refund based on the actual condition of your bicycle, and you can then handle the bicycle problem yourself.

Regarding either option, please provide us with pictures and videos of the malfunction, and we will prioritize having our engineers help you resolve the issue.

We offer two options:
① Since all our e-bikes are limited to a speed of 25km/h, you can ride them on the road at that speed. We can provide an additional 250W motor tag free of charge, which you can affix to the motor hub.

② As a moped, we can provide a Certificate of Conformity (COC) for registering an L1e-B level license. The certificate will show your e-bike's frame number, L1e-B level designation, speed limit of 45km/h, motor power ≤4000W, etc. Because our e-bikes are manufactured in China, the frame number of each e-bike starts with "CN," not "E." This information will be shown on the COC certificate. Since COSWHEEL was established in 2015, we have sold many e-bikes, and many customers from EU countries have successfully registered their e-bikes purchased from us using the COC and other certificates we provide, allowing them to legally ride them on the road.

Customers in EU countries will not incur any additional shipping or customs fees beyond the price of the e-bike itself at checkout.

UK customers choosing shipping from our Polish warehouse to the UK will need to pay an additional €300 in customs duties.If you choose to ship from China to the UK, we do not charge additional customs duties (but this takes about 3 months to ship; shipping from our Polish warehouse will provide faster delivery).

For all accessory purchases: Due to increased shipping costs and customs duties, we are no longer offering free delivery; an additional fee of €25-€100 will apply.
