CT20 model have CE and COC certificates. The speed of CT20 ebikes shipped to Europe will be limited to 25km/h when they leave the factory. After receiving the bike, you can contact us for guidance on lifting the speed limit. We can also send you a 250W logo to be affixed to the motor in accordance with European regulations.At present, European customers have not reported any regulatory issues after riding

Seems to be a solid bike. Just received it yesterday so I won't make too many comments on performance. Good speed and handling though. Lights are sufficient. No real need to add more. Assembly was a breeze. Had a bent cage on the left side when it arrived. And 2 bolts missing there. Plus a bolt was missing from kick stand. Overall satisfied with the experience though.
